Week 1: Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:45

Week 2 : Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:45 / Friday 08:00 - 16:30

Role Summary:

To design and implement engineering solutions for electronic sub systems, cables and harnesses and support the integration of customer's products with the company products and systems.

Key responsibilities within your new role would be to:

  • Support the engineering team in all aspects of electrical engineering manufacture.
  • Work with the engineering and marketing teams to design, prototype, and document external cable and internal harness solutions.
  • Define, document and carry-out or manage verification procedures for new cables and harnesses.
  • Participate in the new product introduction process, including peer and stage reviews.
  • Write technical documentation including work instructions, notes, reports, specifications and explanations as required.
  • Undertake as required, customer and supplier visits by car.

Experience and skills required for this position:

  • An Electronic Engineering qualification, desirable.
  • Soldering experienced, desirable.
  • Cable and Harness manufacture experience, desirable.
  • A full UK driving licence and your own transport.
  • Have a 'Can do' attitude.
