Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for an Executive Assistant to join the Strodes College team on a 41-week term time only basis.

Executive Assistant

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Sixth Form Leadership Team. This includes managing diaries for meetings, initiating agendas and preparing minutes, supporting with exam planning and organisation, compiling and updating college calendars, assisting with document and report compilation, updating intranet pages, liaising with key stakeholders, assisting with interview arrangements. The role also involves supporting the coordination and management of events at the College, including enrolment and induction of new students, open evenings, student-based recruitment events, community events, and staff event, and performing other requested duties.
