Senior Practitioner- Looked After Children- Low caseload- "Good" Ofsted
Salary- Up to £50,378
NonStop Care is currently working with a well-established authority just North of London, who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Looked After Children team, They are looking for creative Practitioners who will be taking on a caseload of approximately 15 which is monitored by management to create the most effective service.
You will be joining a highly regarded authority who has maintained a "Good" Ofsted rating. This is due to the excellent results they have been providing for children in the area. They are offering remote working flexibility for staff, meaning less travel and more freedom for you to manage your own diary and have more time home with your family.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a small caseload of approximately 15 children
- Section 20's
- Attending Adoption Panels
- LAC reviews
- Support unaccompanied asylum seeking children and young people
- Create long-term solutions to improve the children's live.

Requirements:
- Social Work England Registered
- Qualified and experienced Social Worker, ideally with previous fostering experience
- Driving license required
The ideal candidate will have 2 years post qualifying experience and will ideally have experience within Duty and Assessment work/ Child in need caseloads.
