Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior consultants in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support.
- Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and facilitating offers.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in our database.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- A passion for recruitment and a desire to build a successful career in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is not required but desirable.
