Role Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, providing expert advice and representation on a range of family law matters. This role is ideal for a solicitor looking to advance their career within a forward-thinking and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, cohabitation disputes, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
- Provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to clients.
- Represent clients in court and at mediation sessions.
- Draft and review legal documents related to family law cases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in family law.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the firm's growth and acquisition objectives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in family law.
- Proven experience in handling a broad range of family law cases.
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing outstanding client service.
