Monday – Friday (8:30 – 17:00)
Our client
Are you an experienced customer service representative who enjoys a challenge and wants to join a vibrant and energetic team. Our eCommerce fulfilment and logistics client are looking for a candidate who can help support their business and provide excellent customer service.
Main Duties
- Deal with customers, suppliers, and members of the public (booking deliveries)
- Manage generic email in boxes.
- Manage our own WMS systems plus some external systems (couriers etc).
- Process orders
- Book transport
- Deal with customer queries
- Support other departments to include operations, sales etc.
