Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Adapt quickly to different school policies and classroom routines.
- Engage with students to ensure a constructive learning environment.
- Provide feedback on student performance and any incidents that occur during the day.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and follow the school's curriculum and standards.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Flexibility to work with different year groups and subjects.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- Current DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
