- Corresponding with clients and other key stakeholders.
- Organising meetings and events.
- Book travel, hotels and couriers and oversee and process team expenses.
- Work effectively and collaboratively with the other team administration staff.
- Manage and oversee projects as required.
Profile
A successful 'Personal Assistant' should have:
- A strong educational background with relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role within the Financial Services sector.
