Due to further investment across their Legal Innovation offering, they are keen to appoint an IT Trainer for an initial 3 months contract paying a day rate range of £500 to £600 per day Inside IR35 with a Hybrid working model from the Birmingham offices.
IT Trainer, Roles and responsibilities:
- Conduct remote (and possibly classroom) training sessions on iManage Work 10.
- Work closely with the IT Training team to keep training content up-to-date.
- Where appropriate, work together with the trainers to develop existing Work 10 training courses.
- Log attendance on courses and keep training admin up-to-date.
Necessary skills:
- A thorough working knowledge of iManage Work 10.
- Proven experience of training end-users in Work 10 and preferably migrating over from a previous version.
- Experience of working in a legal environment.
- Knowledge of working in a Citrix environment would be beneficial.
- Good knowledge of MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
