We have a vacancy to join our small team (10) as a Recruitment Consultant. Whilst in an ideal world we would love an experienced 360 Recruiter to join our team, we are flexible in our approach and willing to consider all options!
We are a fast paced, quite loud Recruitment Business based in a high street location. We specialise in both temporary and permanent recruitment across various sectors but mainly Industrial, Engineering, Driving, Catering and Events and Commercials.
Ideally we would like someone to join the team who has some Recruitment under their belt and is used to working in a fast paced environment. Someone who enjoys face to face interaction, is confident in building relationships and loves the industry!
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU
- An amazing commission scheme! Full details available on request but include like for like payout on perms i.e. you invoice 20% you get 20%. Bonus's for meetings booked, attended, vacancies taken, vacancies filled etc... as well as % payout on all your temporary margin earnt (or a % if dual).
