People & HR Operations Manager

Frazer Jones is delighted to be working with a Professional Services organisation based in Bristol to recruit their People & HR Operations Manager to support a UK wide headcount of c.1,000.

Working closely with the HR Director and Business Partners, you will operationally deliver the people strategy through your team across the entire employee lifecycle. This will include:

  • Being the focal point for the employee experience including wellbeing, inclusion and engagement
  • Playing a key part in initiating and leading people related change programmes
  • Ensuring operational excellence across all people policies, processes and procedures
  • Managing performance and ER issues
  • Managing all annual employee lifecycle processes to include pay and bonus reviews, appraisals and reviews etc
  • To ensure all data on the HR system is up to date and audited on a regular basis.
  • Streamlining and automating processes and systems to drive continuous improvement.
  • Regular reporting to the HRD and BP's

You will have worked in a similar generalist and operationally led HR position and be an experienced manager able to lead a team of People/HR Advisors. Technically you will have in-depth knowledge of UK employment law alongside experience across the full employee lifecycle. You will have led on the development of people processes and the delivery of change projects.

This role will suit someone who is commercially minded with a strong sense of curiosity and able to manage senior stakeholders. Experience gained within Professional or Financial Services is very desirable.

You'll operate a hybrid working pattern, with 2-3 day in their centrally based Bristol office and the remainder working from home.
