Contract - Full Time and Permanent 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday

Salary £23,480.55

Residential Management Group, one of the UK's largest Property Management Companies, is looking for an experienced and tenacious Administrator to become an integral part of our Compliance team at our Gadbrook Park office in Northwich (CW9 7LN). Working a 7.5hour day, there is some flexible with regard to start and finish times – eg 8am to 4pm, 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5pm.

As an Administrator within our Compliance team, you will handle the administration of instructing regulatory legal requirements on behalf of RMG and our clients. You'll also be handling enquires on a variety of compliance issues (verbally and in writing), from various stakeholders (colleagues, third party contractors and customers). You will ensure all enquiries are responded to accurately and within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe and in accordance with our policy and procedures.

What are some of the tasks I will be doing day to day?

  • Ensuring regulatory legal requirements are instructed across applicable Modules and that applicable database(s) are accurately updated.
  • Monitoring supplier SLA's ensuring reports are received, reviewed and uploaded to the database in a timely manner.
  • Assist in resolving and resolve (where possible) any "non" compliant items across applicable modules in aims to minimise the overall company & client's risks.
  • Receiving and assessing customer and/or 3rd party enquiries, providing appropriate advice, guidance and service and/or solution.

What are we looking for from you?

  • Strong administration skills with solid experience of cross-departmental working.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – with the confidence to pick up the phone and speak with key stakeholders when required to achieve a speedy resolution.
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and analysis skills, with solid time management and organisation skills.
  • Ability to confidently use Microsoft Word and Outlook and Excel
  • The ability to provide a consistent high level of customer service, to both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to make decisions both independently & collaboratively, but confident to ask questions when unsure.
