Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the legal team.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, documents, and reports.
  • Ensure seamless client onboarding and manage matter opening, closure, and archiving processes.
  • Maintain and organise client files, ensuring full compliance with legal standards.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing, contributing to the firm's financial operations.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the day-to-day running of the firm.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a law firm, with a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
