The Opportunity:
An established and highly regarded law firm in the heart of Manchester is seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic disputes team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior solicitors and partners with a varied caseload of commercial disputes
- Drafting correspondence, witness statements, and court documents
- Conducting legal research and case analysis
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and other third parties
- Managing key administrative tasks including file maintenance and court filings
- Attending court hearings and client meetings, as required
- Supporting business development initiatives where appropriate
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial litigation (6+ months preferred)
- A law degree or equivalent legal qualification (LPC/BPC desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as within a team
