The role:
Audit process:
As the Audit Manager you will oversee the auditing process, from planning to completion. This includes developing audit plans, assigning tasks, and reviewing the work of junior team members.
Compliance:
An audit manager ensures that the organization's financial records and systems are accurate, integrity, and compliant with the law. They also ensure that auditors follow the organization's rules and regulations.
Communication:
Communicating audit findings to management and providing recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop audit plans and assess risks.
Client service:
Provide a quality service to clients and deliver value added advice. Understand the client's industry and recognise key performance drivers, business trends, and emerging technical and industry developments.
Experience:
We are keen to speak with individuals currently operating at Assistant Manager or Manager grade within a reputable firm.
This may be an ideal move for a Big 4 Audit professional looking to move into the mid-tier space for a better work life balance but wants to remain working on larger clients.
- Qualified CA or has equivalent experience
- 4 years' Audit experience
- Experience of managing a team of Audit staff
- Experienced Assistant Manager or Manager
