Senior/Lead Azure DevOps SME - Contract
- Senior position within a leading financial institution, as the linchpin in their Cloud capabilities with the plan to build a team around you.
- £500 p/d Outside of IR35, negotiable depending on experience.
- Hybrid, 2 days a week in Leeds.
Who are we?
We are a leading financial institution who are in the progress of a huge digital transformation project in order to be at the forefront of technology within our sector. Part of that is improving our cloud capabilities and this role will be a pivotal part of that. You will be integral both hands on with the technology and from a managerial perspective, building out your team and helping stakeholders business wide understand the situation.
What you will be doing?
You will be a senior/lead within an existing Development and Operations environment. Your role is pivotal in making sure the cloud and DevOps capabilities go in the desired direction, both from a managerial and hands on point of view. You will use your high level of Azure cloud knowledge and DevOps/Cloud Engineering as well as your communication and 'soft' skills you will create a new team operating at the highest level.
What you need?
- Subject Matter Expert Level of Azure Cloud.
- DevOps background (specifically with CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience of Azure integration projects
- Power Platform
- JIRA
- Stakeholder Management
- Lead/Managerial Experience.
