A world-renowned construction firm is looking for an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join its constantly-growing team! With footholds in most major infrastructure projects, this firm will allow the successful candidate to work on a range of exciting projects and build up an excellent portfolio!

Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor:

  • Providing Quantity Surveying services to clients; including cost planning, procurement advice, cost reporting and value engineering.
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and time.
  • Developing and maintaining cost plans and cash flow forecasts
  • Conduction cost and value analysis including cost risk analysis and providing recommendations to the client.
  • Supporting the project team in the preparation of tender and contract documents.

Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience working on infrastructure or transportation construction projects in the UK.
  • NEC contract experience
  • MRICS or actively working towards MRICS status.
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
