Accounts Coordinator

Marks Sattin currently have a brilliant opportunity in Wakefield for a Finance Coordinator to join a company within the digital space on a 12 month FTC to cover maternity.

Our client is seeking a dynamic Finance Assistant, with strong AP skills with 3+ years of experience within accounts.

For this role they will pay up to £28,000 and can offer very flexible working (2 days in the office per week). There is also a strong chance of this role going permanent at the end of the contract.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Accounts Inbox Management
  • Supplier Statements
  • Review and process monthly statements received from suppliers
  • Invoices processing using Xero
  • Remittance Slips
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Expense and Invoice Management
  • Conduct weekly reconciliations of accounts, providing detailed reports to the finance team.
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly reconciliation tasks
