Qualified Management Accountant
- Annual Salary: £50k - £60k

We are currently seeking a qualified Management Accountant for an exciting new job opportunity. This role involves overseeing the EMEA management accounting functions and requires a candidate with a strong background in finance and accounting, ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts for EMEA entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Analysis and reporting of financial performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Coordination and consolidation of budgeting and forecasting processes across the EMEA region.
- Ensuring the integrity of financial statements and compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Liaising with external auditors and managing audit processes.
- Overseeing tax compliance and reporting, including VAT and corporate tax matters.
- Managing and mentoring junior finance staff, ensuring professional development and efficiency within the team.
- Streamlining accounting processes and implementing best practices to improve efficiency.
- Ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required by the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in management accounting, preferably within an EMEA context.
- Strong technical accounting skills and up-to-date knowledge of IFRS.
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
