As a Graduate Geography Teaching Assistant, you will assist the classroom leader in ensuring students are meeting their targets, and completing tasks appropriately. You will be deployed, utilizing your subject expertise and natural charisma, to re-engage students that are falling behind for whatever reason, and managing disruptions or behaviours that are keeping the class from progressing. In some cases, you may work in small groups or even on a 1:1 basis with targeted learners to bring their progress in line with targets.
