Operations Graduate - Hybrid working

As Operations Graduate you will focus on assisting and developing our asset management and remarketing functions whilst supporting the wider operations structure. This role involves developing the growth of our remarketing activities across our business.
Your responsibilities will include the development and expansion of our sales channels, and you will support the Future business B2B and B2C platforms. Additionally, you will assist in creating and implementing our "Re-lease" strategy for second-life vehicles, ensuring effective utilisation of assets and driving our residual value performance.
The role
- Assist in managing customer and operational inquiries and providing timely responses, maintaining excellent customer relations. Actively support the team in achieving revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to the overall success of the business.
- Support the Portfolio Manager in creating and developing of best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions in line with local and international compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn and identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline operational processes
Key skills/ experience etc
- This is a contract for 1 year which can be extended to 2 years or even made permenant
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or related field and gradudated in the last 3 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
