Project Manager - Team Lead - Gaming
Our client, a leading provider of online games, is seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager/Team Lead to join their vibrant team in Suffolk.
In this role, you'll drive their development process, ensuring they meet ambitious deadlines and deliver exceptional games for their players.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you'll be responsible for optimising workflow within established processes to consistently deliver high-quality game design packages.
Required skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience leading software development teams (Scrum Master, Project Manager, Software Delivery Manager).
- Experience in various SDLC methodologies.
- A skilled coach and mentor who can guide and inspire your team to achieve their best.
Desirable:
- Experience leading multi-skilled creative development teams.
- Experience in gaming software / industry.
- A background in artistic pursuits, either personally or professionally.
