Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students, including one-to-one and small group interventions to enhance their learning experience.
- Assist the classroom teacher in preparing resources and implementing engaging lessons.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) through personalised learning strategies.
- Promote positive behaviour and help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Encourage student engagement and independence, supporting their social and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers, SEN coordinators, and parents to track and communicate student progress.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect well with students and staff.
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children in an educational setting is beneficial.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Minimum Level 2/C Grade).
- Empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting student development.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative in assisting the class teacher.
