Customer Service/Scheduling Administrator

to join their expanding team in Burgess Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your admin and scheduling skills within the growing field of renewable energy.

Please note this is an office - based role

The Role:

  • Book installations, repairs, and survey works
  • Manage customer enquiries regarding the progress of bookings
  • Update the CRM systems as necessary
  • Liaise and book subcontractors and provide updates to customers when required

The Person:

  • Previous administrative and scheduling experience is necessary.
  • Proactive individual with an organised approach to workload
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients
  • Good IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
