Position Overview:

Due to recent growth and a significant influx of new clients, this boutique recruitment firm is looking to add an experienced FinTech Recruitment Resourcer to their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing high-quality candidates for various FinTech and tech roles, primarily on a contract basis, across the Benelux markets.

You will play a crucial role in identifying, screening, and placing candidates within rapidly growing sectors like Blockchain, Web3, and Crypto. With the company experiencing sustained growth, this is an exciting opportunity to join a firm where your skills and experience will be valued and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and qualify candidates for FinTech and tech contract positions in the Benelux market.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, utilizing job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in tech or FinTech contract recruitment.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates within the tech/FinTech sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital engineering, Blockchain, Web3, and Crypto is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in French/ Dutch is a bonus*
  • 5 Days a week in their North London/ Herts office
