The Job:
As a Bookings Coordinator you willprocess customer queries, bookings and planning meeting requests to guide apprentices through their end point assessment journey. Providing customer focussed solutions to align the learner's needs with the availability of the operational workforce to deliver a high-quality timely booking of apprenticeship assessments.

Key Responsibilities
Be the named contact for clients, supporting and maintaining excellent customer service
Completion of planning meetings and guiding apprentices through their end point assessment (EPA) journey
Handle all incoming customer queries, professionally and effectively, taking ownership to ensure satisfactory resolution
Supporting the re booking of assessments and planning meetings and all related administration
Build positive relationships with both internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service within the scope and boundaries of Company processes and procedures.
Ensuring personal and functional KPI's are met
Management of Central Booking Team inbox
Record and maintain accurate information on key business systems

The Person:
Experience of working in a customer service / contact centre environment ideally
Evidence of working to specific timescales and deadlines and enjoys multi-tasking
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
Problem solver with great attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills - written and oral
Ability to take initiative with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achievement of objectives
A team player - with a "can do" attitude

The Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30pm - 5pm
