We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work for our well-established client based in Basildon.
This is a great opportunity to learn some new skills whilst working closely with the rest of the team.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with customer queries and enquiries
- Preparing estimates/quotations for customers using Sage accounting software
- Processing orders and purchasing materials
- Production of drawings and specifications using Autocad/Illustrator
Knowledge of Sage, Autocad and Illustrator is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

This is an office based role working full time Monday to Friday and also offers free onsite parking.
Salary for the role is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum DOE as well as a bonus scheme.
