Description
As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
- Oversee all financial operations within the company
- Manage the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts
- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives
- Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
- Supervise all audit and internal control processes
- Drive the company's financial planning and strategy
- Manage and provide insights on financial performance
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- An academic degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the finance department of a manufacturing company
- Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and decision-making skills
