The successful Architectural Technologist within this role you will need a degree in Architectural Technology, extensive post qualification experience and boast technical excellence as well as holding your MCIAT.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Working towards/ achieved MCIAT
- Degree in Architectural Technology
- Several years of post-qualification experience within a UK Architectural Practice
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Prior experience working on defence sector projects is advantageous
- Be a supportive team player
- Ensure high quality standards are met if not exceeded
- Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations
- Proven experience across RIBA stages 3-5
- Carry out surveys of buildings
- Assist in developing scheme designs to detail design stages
- Passionate about incorporating sustainability into designs
- Assist with overseeing and managing a small team
- Liaise with clients, contractors, relevant authorities and other professionals
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for detail and advanced technical expertise
- Live locally to the Nottingham area
