An exciting opportunity within our women's and girl's department!

We are recruiting for a Physical Performance Coach to provide sport science support which will include testing, data analysis and interpretation. You will design and agree structured, sequential, evidence based athletic development programs and implement guidelines for athletic development in line with best practice for the FA WSL.

If you are looking for an easy ride, this one might not be for you - the work will be challenging (at times) and we will have high expectations of you, but we will give you all the support you need to succeed!

This role includes evening and weekend work.

Could this be you

You will have a strength and conditioning background who has worked with elite athletes and coaches. You will have a solid understanding of the specific requirements of female elite footballers and experience of delivery of S&C services to high performing teams.

To be successful in the role, you must hold the following qualification:

  • Undergraduate degree in Sports Science / Strength and Conditioning or related area
  • Attended UKSCA workshops and working towards full accreditation
  • FA Emergency First Aid qualification
  • FA Safeguarding
