JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a Payroll Supervisor to support their team with processing their company payroll for 900+ employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the end-to-end preparation monthly payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate payments while adhering to statutory and contractual requirements.
  • Review and verify payroll data for completeness and accuracy, reconciling key pay elements to maintain accurate year-to-date balances.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate enrolment and payment of pension contributions to all pension providers, ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Pay and Benefits team to provide expert advice on pay and benefit matters across the business and assist with maintaining departmental instruction manuals and process maps.
  • Ensure all payroll systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly, supporting overall payroll accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience with supervising staff. Management not essential.
  • Experience with volumes of 1000.
  • SelectPay knowledge desirable.
  • In house or bureau background.
  • Need to be happy with being fully office based during probation.
