- Mon-Friday 37.5 hours a week
- B6 level. working in an acute frailty unit
- The Frailty Occupational Therapist (OT) will provide specialized assessment, treatment, and support to patients experiencing frailty, particularly in older adult populations.
- The role focuses on promoting independence, improving quality of life, and enhancing the functional abilities of patients, enabling them to live safely within their chosen environments.
- The OT will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care and may work in diverse settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, home health, and community-based environments.
- This role requires a compassionate and skilled individual who is passionate about supporting the frail and older adult populations.
- The Frailty Occupational Therapist plays a crucial role in enhancing patient quality of life and promoting safety and independence.
