for one of our Key Clients, offering:

Shifts Available
AM SHIFT: 07:00 – 14:30 – Responsibilities:
- Adhere to on-site health and safety regulations.
- Prepare flowers by conditioning them, which includes:
- Removing outer packaging, trimming stems, removing lower foliage, and conducting basic quality checks.
- Handle a range of floral stems (including roses with thorns).
- Communicate any quality concerns with line leaders to uphold high standards.
- Conduct general cleaning duties to keep the workspace safe and tidy.
PM SHIFT: 12:30 – 20:00 – Responsibilities:
- Pack a variety of products, including bouquets, house plants, dried flowers, and gift sets, with boxing and labelling.
- Use specific pallet specifications to palletise and cage finished products for transport.
- Raise any quality concerns with line leaders to maintain our high standards.
- Perform light cleaning duties to keep the workspace organised and efficient.
