Role overview

The role involves planning, organizing, and executing effective marketing campaigns across our Exhibition portfolio, with a focus on maximizing visitor numbers at the AMI Expos and supporting sales efforts to secure new and existing exhibitors.

Who are you?

  • An experienced Marketing Manager for Exhibitions, with proven experience of delivering multi-channels campaigns
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to influence and build relationships with people at all levels
  • Experienced in Email marketing with excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Creative thinker with the confidence to voice new ideas
  • A self-aware individual, open to self-reflection and gathering feedback from others
  • A great team player - it takes a full team to deliver a fantastic show!
  • Pro-active, organised and able to multi-tasks across simultaneous projects
  • System savvy - excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office suite, email-marketing software and CRM systems, website CMS, analytics, social media scheduling, design, event registration and management platforms

Key responsibilities day to day:

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns for exhibitions that fully align to commercial priorities
  • Deliver high quality and quantity visitors to our exhibitions through identifying and attracting the leading companies from our key markets
  • Manage campaign creative briefs from concept to production ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Research and analyse data to identify target audience and assess competitors, utilising insight to inform strategy
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align content, strategy and target audience for marketing campaigns and delivery against targets
  • Plan and execute email campaigns and manage the communications calendar. Create trigger-based campaigns, customer segmentation, campaign reporting and other CRM initiatives as needed
  • Understand and refine the online customer journey, build landing pages, keep website content and information up to date, proactively seeking feedback and making improvements
  • Take ownership at meetings, providing progress updates and seeking feedback on marketing activities

In return, we'll give you:

  • A salary of £38,000 - £45,000 (dependent on previous experience)
