HRIS Analyst , System support

You will be providing specialist HR system support to the HR Shared Services function and reporting support to Group HR and the wider business.

Description

Ensuring the integrity and security of the HR system by managing access requests, and carrying out regular access review checks and controlling security roles Manage the testing and delivery of complex change requests, and complex structure requests with consideration for any downstream impacts. Lead, manage and deliver monthly service packs and quarterly system upgrades ensuring they are end to end tested by key stakeholders. Monitor, review and manage interfaces to ensure the integration of system and flow of data. Produce reliable and comprehensive complex reports when requested & work with business stakeholders to develop new reports and dashboards in line with their individual business needs. Act as the first point of escalation when issues or defects are raised either internally or externally to our third-party suppliers and seeing the escalation through to resolution.

This role reports into the HR Systems and Data Manager and will be a mixture of home and office working. To be successful in this role you will have substantial experience of HCM systems (we use iTrent and ServiceNow) and a good working knowledge of reporting tools (we use Business Objects and/or Power BI) with the ability to scope and develop reports needed by our business. A good theoretical knowledge of HR or CIPD level 5/above would be advantageous for this role, and you will have solid experience of project management principles and practices coupled with advanced knowledge of MS Office products, particularly Excel.

Profile

We are looking for you to be an excellent communicator at all levels with the ability to positively influence and build effective relationships. You will have an eye for detail and be highly analytical and accurate. Proactive and able to self-manage workload, time, and priorities to achieve the outputs required. This role will require some presentations, so being comfortable in presenting and communicating using PowerPoint would be ideal.

Job Offer

This is a 12 x month maternity cover, based in leatherhead Surrey. Hybrid working has been agreed, 2 days per week required at site.

Salary on offer is £50,000 - £55,000 per year with added holidays, pension contribution etc.
