We are seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our Training Kitchens. This is an exciting opportunity to support both students and staff while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure work surfaces, equipment, and utensils in the Training Kitchens are spotless and well-organised.
Support Chef Lecturers: Assist in the Training Kitchens as needed to facilitate student learning and kitchen operations.
Health & Safety: Uphold all health and safety standards, ensuring the kitchens meet current regulations.
Receive Deliveries: Inspect and receive food deliveries, ensuring they meet required specifications.
Waste Management: Efficiently and safely dispose of all waste materials following college procedures.
Stock Management: Keep records of orders, stock items, and temperatures of refrigeration and freezer units.
