Reed Accountancy are seeking a Part-Qualified Audit Associate to join the Audit team of a Top 25 accounting firm in the heart of the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong audit background and a desire to provide exceptional services to a diverse range of clients. You will play a key role in delivering audit assignments and contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence.
Day to Day of the role:
- Carry out the planning, fieldwork, and completion of audits in line with auditing standards and the firm's methodology.
- Prepare accounts, including consolidated accounts, using CaseWare under UK GAAP or IFRS.
- Lead audit assignments, develop strong client relationships, and resolve audit issues prior to manager review.
- Review junior team members' work, provide feedback, and communicate complex issues to the manager and partner.
- Innovate and adapt audit methodologies to improve efficiencies and support the manager team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Part-Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA/ACA).
- Strong audit experience with knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience leading an audit team and working on group audits.
- Have previous experience within an accounting firm.
