This company are an international provider of commercial EV Infrastructure and are currently growing their UK presence having originated the company in Australia. They have ambitious goals to deliver over 100 Projects over the next 18 months and as such are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support this growth.
In this role you will act as a Technical Expert within the business, taking lead on the troubleshooting of hardware issues, monitoring asset performance and identifying root causes during system efficiency. You will help refine business procedures and processes to ensure customer service, project management and installation teams have a sound understanding of technical aspects to allow them to complete their roles to the best of their ability.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in electronics/electrical engineering with experience working in a technical support/troubleshooting based role for LV electrical hardware. You will need to have an entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by career development and be willing to get stuck in with site visits when required.

The Person:
- BSc or higher in electronic/electrical engineering or related subject
- Troubleshooting electrical hardware
