The Regional Finance Manager will play a crucial role in financial decision-making within the FMCG industry and will provide strategic financial input to senior management. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating corporate accounting services, production of financial statements and reports on a regular basis, and ensuring that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.

Description

  • Finance Business Partner providing support, challenge and insight to the key stakeholder group across 3 Regional sites
  • Issue timely and complete financial statements to the senior management and identify risks and opportunities to enable delivery of the targets
  • Develop, rigorously challenge, and question the budget/forecast assumptions and KPIs
  • Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions
  • Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts

Profile

A successful Regional Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • A professional accounting designation (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Broad knowledge and experience in the FMCG industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Impeccable analytical and organisational skills
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
