Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physiotherapy care to patients.
- Work within the Frailty Therapist - Escalation Bays.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Registered Physiotherapist with a valid HCPC registration.
- Experience in a similar role, particularly in frailty or escalation bays, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
**At least 1 year of experience in NHS setup highly preferred.
