Housing Manager required for this ongoing long term temporary position to start ASAP.
Previous housing experience is essential
Location: The outskirts of Cambridge but no parking (2-3 days in the office each week)
Hours: 36.5 per week
Hourly rate: £34-38 per hour
Outline:
- Develop a high performing and customer focussed housing operations team
- Oversee the procurement, management and delivery of all hosing common areas and public realm facilities management services.
- Drive high standards of statutory and regulatory compliance and health and safety performance.
- Ensure a well maintained and attractive residential estate.
- Develop and manage annual facilities management and estates management budgets and service charges
- Advise on site wide facilities management issues with respect to future development phases.
Your skills/experience:
- Experience in planning, procuring and management facilities management services
- Extensive experience of leading and managing operational teams
- Experience in producing complex budgets
- Experience in delivery high levels of statutory compliance and health and safety performance.
