Rate - 320 Per day Umbrella Equivalent (Paid PAYE)
Location - Warrington
- To lead the development of Electronic Patient Care Management System (EPCMS) strategic transformation and operational plans with input from relevant clinical leaders and operational senior managers
- To lead the procurement and deployment of the EPCMS Programme, to ensure that the desired programme outcomes and objectives are delivered as planned.
- To develop and implement project and programme plans to ensure effective delivery of EPCMS project.
- Lead the procurement delivery, manage and ensure EPCMS project reach key milestones, and final completion, within assigned timescales.
- To manage and provide assurance on EPCMS project within the Trust's internal governance processes and structure.
- Manage risk effectively, escalating issues and developing mitigation plans, as necessary
- Provide strategic overview to all project stakeholders.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement, persuading and influencing organisations and individuals to participate in the projects.
- Disseminate findings of the projects amongst stakeholders and at meetings and report as and when.
- Deputise for the Deputy Chief Information Officer when absent or asked, covering EPCMS meetings and duties as may be required.
- Line management of the EPCMS Project Managers and Project Team.
To forge positive working relationships, in order to support an effective matrix approach to achieve EPCMS objectives.
- To manage, motivate and develop staff within the EPCMS team to ensure that they are able to deliver the responsibilities of the NHS. Including the management of disciplinary procedures as required, undertake staff consultation and consider welfare and safety matters, taking into account instructions and guidelines issued.
- To recruit as necessary and performance manage EPCMS team that delivers a range of tasks within a matrix structure in a new and challenging environment.
- Use appraisal and development policy and procedure and ensure that appraisals are
- undertaken regularly.
- To project-manage EPCMS specific teams working within the trusts - consisting of clinicians, managers, finance,
