A specialist case management and rehabilitation company are looking for a part-time Support Worker to assist with social, leisure and rehabilitation activities.
This is a part-time role, working 16 hours per week, plus 1 sleep. Along with a salary of £14.00 per hour, the successful Support Worker will also receive full supervision including regular formal meeting opportunities, additional holidays accruing with service, a pension scheme, health cover and employee rewards.

We're looking for a Support Worker with:
- Previous experience of working in the Health Sector.
- A driving licence and access to your own care.
- An NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or have equivalent experience e.g. completed year 1/level 4 of a recognised health profession degree course)
- Willingness to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service Check
