Central Employment is working in partnership with a UK-leading eCommerce web-print specialist based in the North East.

Job Overview:

Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service representative to join their customer service team within Cramlington.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customers daily politely and professionally.
  • Respond to emails efficiently and make ad-hoc follow-up calls when necessary.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of all problems or complaints, including arranging reprints or processing refunds/discount codes.
  • Review reprinted jobs before dispatch.
  • Track deliveries with the courier service and record relevant information.
  • Manage returned jobs via the courier service.
  • Accurately log all calls throughout the day.
  • Handle immediate contact channels daily, including calls, chat service, and social media.
  • Respond to reviews on Trustpilot.

Requirements:

  • Good telephone manners, understanding, and empathy skills.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
  • High-level accuracy.
  • Good multitasker able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Customer service experience is required.
