Your new role
This probate litigation solicitor role will see you join a team that continues to attract work. You will handle an interesting and diverse caseload of contested probate matters. Working closely with colleagues and clients, you can expect to run your own caseload and work with more senior lawyers on higher value cases.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a probate litigation lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 3 years' pqe. Applications are also invited from commercial litigation lawyers who are keen to retrain into this discipline.
