IFA Administrator required by this highly successful firm of Wealth Managers that provides advice to HNW Private Clients across investments and retirement planning. You can remain as a professional IFA Administrator forever or move into paraplanning in a couple of years.
As the IFA Administrator you will be responsible for -
- new business including application processing
- servicing existing client records including database management
- compliance
- valuations and quotes
- client communications
- liaison with external Providers
- platform work
- providing all other administration support directly to clients and the IFAs.
Applicants must have Advisor support experience within a Financial Planning environment plus excellent administration and communication skills. The firm offers a full range of benefits which includes pension and exam support (if required).
