Our client is looking to recruit a number of Class 2 Lorry Drivers. The drivers base would be working from their yard in Stretham, however transport can be provided from Ipswich.
Needs to be a Class 2 license holder
Working hours are 7am to 4pm
Competitive hourly rate
Often overtime (providing it is within Class 2 driver hours allowance)
Will be expected to strap and secure stillaged loads to deliver to and from site.
Will need to be able to liaise with onsite forklift drivers and scaffolders, aswell as take instruction in the yard
There may be some manual handling involved, but this is kept to a minimum.
Will become part of a friendly, close knit group so team work is important.
