Our client is a well-established financial company based in Selby.
They deal with in Commercial Finance, Regulated Mortgage and Protection Insurance markets and offers a broad range of services to clients and Network Partners.
- Location – Selby – parking on site
- Salary – dependant on experience – £23,000 ( Part time would be an option & salary would be on a pro rata rate)
- Working from the office Monday to Thursday 9 till 5 and till 4.00pm on a Friday.
Responsibilities
- You will carry out telephone and general administration duties as required.
- Monitoring client emails, account management of repeat clients.
- Act as the first port of call for queries from clients, lenders, and conveyancers.
- General office administration duties such as filing, photocopying, and answering the telephone.
- Updating and maintaining systems and files.
- Working with advisors to ensure all activities meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.
About you
- It would be desirable to have worked in the industry before.
- IT skills – data inputting and also collating information for others to understand on the systems,
- You are a clear communicator with good attention to detail and have strong numerical and written skills
- You are organised and able to work using your initiative within a busy team
- It is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion.
