Senior Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative, secretarial, and data support to the Principal and staff.
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and processes.
- Liaise with external agencies, contractors, parents, and carers.
- Support and enforce policies, including Child Protection & Safeguarding.
- Assist in delivering outstanding education through Positive Behaviour Policy.
Duties:
- Offer professional secretarial services, including word processing and correspondence.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure data protection compliance.
- Provide HR administrative support during recruitment processes.
- Manage office organisation, stock control, and financial records.
- Administer petty cash and handle credit/debit card transactions.
- Conduct monthly payroll checks and process travel and expense claims.
- Support the administration of new pupil intake and departures.
- Arrange and minute meetings, manage diaries, and liaise with stakeholders.
- Ensure safeguarding of assets and maintain inventory.
- Participate in de-escalation training and support its principles.
