Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative, secretarial, and data support to the Principal and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with financial procedures and processes.
  • Liaise with external agencies, contractors, parents, and carers.
  • Support and enforce policies, including Child Protection & Safeguarding.
  • Assist in delivering outstanding education through Positive Behaviour Policy.

Duties:

  • Offer professional secretarial services, including word processing and correspondence.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and ensure data protection compliance.
  • Provide HR administrative support during recruitment processes.
  • Manage office organisation, stock control, and financial records.
  • Administer petty cash and handle credit/debit card transactions.
  • Conduct monthly payroll checks and process travel and expense claims.
  • Support the administration of new pupil intake and departures.
  • Arrange and minute meetings, manage diaries, and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Ensure safeguarding of assets and maintain inventory.
  • Participate in de-escalation training and support its principles.
