Key Responsibilities as a PMO Lead
- Lead and manage the Programme Management Office (PMO) function.
- Review and refine PMO processes, policies, and procedures.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
- Lead a PMO team.
- Facilitate project governance meetings and report.
Core Experience and Skills
- PMO experience
- IT governance experience
- able to coordinate issues regarding resourcing, assignments and demand
- Effective in organising and leading management team meetings
- Must have leadership and management experience
- Be proactive in your approach
